I know Halloween 2009 is far away but I'm interested in searching out some clever ideas for Halloween costumes. I've never gone all out for Halloween and for some reason I want to get decked out next year.

For Halloween 2009, I'm going to be 27 years old. I've always been extremely short compared to my peers and made fun of because of it. It used to bother me but I've come to accept my lack of height. I'm 4'11 and about average weight, not skinny and not fat. For some reason, I'm inclined to dress as an oompa loompa because it would be me making fun of myself. Also, I'm interested in dressing like Buddy the Elf. I know Buddy is male but I think it would be fun regardless.

Does anyone have any ideas for costumes that would be most fun if worn by a short adult? A Wizard of Oz munchkin seems too simple.
