I am trying to think of funny costume ideas for my family. There must be something for me, my husband and our two girls (6 + 5). We were thinking of something cute like the Wizard of Oz, or scary like the Addams family. We're even thinking of being the Fruit of the Loom guys or the Blue Man Group (but there is only 3 of them). Any suggestions? Thanks!

we have 5 people, not allowed to have more
four are dorothy, tin man, scarecrow, lion.
they also play glinda in the beginning, the munchkins, and uncle henry and professor marvel.
(we're starting at the scene in munchkinland and going until the end)

so i end up playing the wicked witch, the doorman, the guard, the wizard, the leader of winged monkeys, glinda at the end, and auntie em.
im directing, i edited the script and evrything, im basically in charge.
i tell them all how they should say their lines to make them sound better,
but im less sure about my own lines.

but this is a costume question, how do i switch between costumes more easily?
as witch, im not painting my face green or anything, just a lot of eyeliner and pale skin. and frizzy/messy hair.
but the leader is like. tired and stuff.
help? this & the other costume changes, i need it to be fast.

I've never been to the midnight premiere or a Harry Potter movie but I really want to this year! I'm not sure if there are any other geeks out there (in Utah) that want to dress up like I do!

My cousin and I want to go as Elphaba and Glinda from Wicked for halloween. I found a costume for Elphaba but she is having trouble finding a costume for Glinda that is not the dress from the Wizard of Oz. The Glinda costume we want are any of the ones that is worn in the musical.

We're a group of 4, including 2 girls and 2 guys. We want our costumes to correlate with each other. We already were Dorothy, The Wicked Witch of the West, The Lion, and The Tin Man from the Wizard of Oz already so that's not an option. Please help!

I need a couple of ideas. we need 2 different ones. one set for a group of 3, 2 women and a man, and also another for a couple (male and female). we were thinking 2 girls be sexy school girls and the man be the headmaster, and for the other couple the cowgirl and cowboy, or prisoner and guard. We want something thats easy and cheap to make but creative, sexy not slutty. Were going to an adult halloween party, were theres prizes for the best costumes. HELP!

I'm doing it as a film project, it's going to be Harry Potter : Marauders Era. So not when Harry Potter was around, but when his parents were still in school. What kind of things do you think I should use as set stuff/props? Also, make shift costume ideas?
